What is an unsatisfactory item?
- Product in the wrong color.
- Product with manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product that was not in order.
- Items cannot be worn or damages and it must be returned with tags still attached. Item must arrive in the original packaging provided.
- Sales/Clearance item are NOT returnable item.
- Dissatisfaction such as the jewellery doesn't look good on you (too small, too big, too short, too long etc) will NOT entertained.
- Material and quality issues are NOT considered defects and is subjective.
- Defect does NOT include removable dirt.
How do I return my item?

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 working days for further instructions.
Refund in form of Store Credit
Kindly be informed all items may only be returned in exchange for same value store credit valid 3 months from date of issuance.
While Aurelia Atelier makes every attempt to ensure that the online boutique reflects the availability of stock. Sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, you will refunded the same amount in form of Store Credit. Store Credit will be valid for 3 months.
